We just shipped Crews, a new way for contractor accounts to manage the people who work your properties.
What you can do with Crews:
- Create a crew for each team you run (North Crew, Irrigation Crew, you name it)
- Add members in one tap from your existing employee list, or by email
- Set each member to Full or Limited access. Limited members only see tasks assigned to them
- Apply a crew to any of your locations and everyone on it gets the right access instantly
- If someone is in several crews on a location, the higher access level applies automatically
Where to find it: More tab, then Crews (look for the truck icon). Each crew has Members and Locations tabs to keep things tidy as your team grows.
